Dear HolAthlete Family,

Good evening,
With the state of Illinois moving to phase 4, we are now ready to open our doors for indoor classes starting July 5th. We’ve received positive feedback about our outdoor classes, so we will continue to mix it up and run sessions outdoors as well.
There will be a couple changes throughout the schedule.
An additional Strength & Conditioning 12:00-1:00pm class will be added on Wednesday.
Team Training will resume with Wednesday nights already being booked for the summer, so make sure your team/club doesn’t miss out on this opportunity to get some sports performance training.

We will continue to add classes as we move forward, but we also want to hear from you! Let us know what you would like to see added to the schedule in the future.
We will still keep the same protocols in place, which is signing up prior to class so that we can properly prepare and keep classes to a limit.
When you are signing up for classes, please be sure to check the “room” title.
It will let you know whether the class is indoors, outdoors or hybrid (both).
All memberships will be reactivated, but if there are any complications with you resuming your membership, please contact us ASAP.
Thank you for the constant support through this unexpected crisis, and because of that we are officially ready to reopen our doors!

    • 12:00-1:00pm Monday & 4:00-5:00pm Wednesday
