We provide the resources and guidance necessary to increase performance in both body and mind. We offer our clients the opportunity to train in an environment that focuses on movement efficiency, reducing stress and tension, and eliminating injury, allowing each individual to reach their optimal level of fitness. A holistic approach to training that goes beyond  the notion of looking a certain way and into the realm of how you are feeling and functioning.

holSTRENGTH

Build full body strength, core stability, and increase range of motion in this small group training class. Designed for all ages and ability levels.

Mondays & Wednesdays: 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:00am, 12:00pm,

Saturdays 9:30am

holCONDITIONING

Increase your overall level of fitness. This cardio based training class will challenge your stamina, strength, and mental fortitude. Designed for all ages and ability levels.

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:15am, 6:15am, 9:00am, 12:00pm,

Saturdays 9:30am

 

holMOBILITY

Recovery is key! This small group training class will help you increase flexibility, range of motion, balance, and core stability. Take time to slow movement down and reconnect to your body. Designed for all ages and ability levels.

Mondays: 5:45pm-6:45pm

Friday: 9:00am and 12:00am  

BOOTCAMP

Build strength, stability, and endurance, the right way, in this functional resistance training class! Build & Burn aims to develop strength and cardio that will benefit you in all aspects of your life. Utilizing compound lifts with kettle bells, dumbbells, sandbags, and body weight exercises. This functional strength classes will help you develop real strength for real life. 

Tuesdays & Thursdays 7-8pm 

 

GENTLE YOGA

Life is all about creating balance. In this gentle yoga class, we will create a balance between movement and stillness. The class begins with a guided, centering meditation and welcomes a connection of movement with the breath. Restorative poses using the support of props will be woven in throughout the practice, creating a opportunity for the body to rest deeply.

Mondays 7-8pm

YOGA NIDRA MEDITATION

Experience a deeper level of inner relaxation than you ever imagined possible. Give yourself permission to rest, balance and restore, tapping into new sources of energy.
This meditation practice will awaken your whole being, allowing you to enjoy life fully.
There is nothing required of you but to lie down and listen.

Wednesdays 7-8pm

PILATES

A mat class based on the disciplines created by Joseph Pilates over 90 years ago. The exercises are developed to specifically encourage the use of the mind to control muscles, focusing attention on core postural muscles that help keep the body balanced and provide support for the spine. Pilates also teaches awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and strengthens the deep torso and abdominal muscles. Mats will be provided and the class will be done barefoot. All levels are welcome.

Tuesdays 5:45pm-6:45pm

All Levels Yoga

A energetic practice that is based on the flow of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Attention will be focused on the breath through this practice. Restorative poses end the practice. This class is for beginners to advanced yogis.
