Our Approach

The demand on today’s youth athlete is higher than ever before. This, combined with the pressure to specialize in a single sport at an earlier age, has sent an increase of athletes down an unforgiving road of imbalances and injuries.  Our long-term approach to sports performance training, begins with a "foundation restoration". Through practices such as joint mobilization, core stabilization and even proper breath training, we shift our athletes back into  alignment, and pro-actively correct the dysfunctional movement patterns that lead to the injury cycle. Once the foundation is intact, we begin building to a completely new level of body control, strength and explosiveness. Athletes will ultimately experience a pro-longed, injury free career thus giving them the opportunity to truly reach the peak of their potential.

DEVELOPMENT TRAINING (AGES 7-11)

Our Development Training class is focused on instilling the proper foundation for athletic movement, in order to prevent future injury and allow our youth athletes to organically grow into their full potential.  Athletes will train their body weight strength, core stability, balance, coordination, speed, agility, endurance and more!

Monday-Thursdays 5:45pm-6:45pm

SOCCER PERFORMANCE TRAINING   (AGES 7+)

Increase strength, conditioning, speed and flexibility through soccer specific movements. 

This unique training class will not only increase athletic performance, but will also proactively prevent injury, keeping these athletes on the field where they belong.

Fridays 7pm-8pm

BASKETBALL PERFORMANCE TRAINING (Ages 7+)

Become a stronger, faster and more explosive player with holAthlete Basketball Training! Through mobility/flexibility training and mechanical analysis, our players will be able to get the training they need to take their game to the next level!

Saturdays 11am-12pm

SPEED TRAINING

(Ages 7+)

Start flying past the competition! Athletes will become more versatile and dynamic. Our participants will see a dramatic improvement in first-step quickness, footwork, top-end speed and overall athletic performance. This class is designed for all ages and ability levels.
